1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Trueszy mobile application and website ("Service") operated by Trueszy ("we," "us," or "our").

By creating an account, downloading, or using Trueszy in any way, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

These Terms apply to all users including personal users, business profile owners, and visitors to trueszy.com.

2 Eligibility

• You must be at least 13 years old to use Trueszy.
• If you are between 13 and 18, you must have parental or guardian consent.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement in your jurisdiction.
• You must not have been previously banned from Trueszy.
• If registering a business profile, you must have the authority to act on behalf of that business.

3 User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
• You may not share your account with others or create multiple accounts for the same person.
• You must notify us immediately at support@trueszy.com if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
• You may delete your account at any time via Settings → Delete Account.

4 Acceptable Use

Trueszy is a platform for community connection and local business growth. You agree to use it only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not harm others.

Violation of these rules may result in immediate account suspension or permanent ban without notice.

5 User Content

Your Ownership

You retain ownership of all content you create and post on Trueszy (photos, videos, text, audio, etc.).

License to Trueszy

By posting content, you grant Trueszy a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display, distribute, and make your content available within the Trueszy platform to other users. This license ends when you delete the content or your account.

Content Standards

All content must comply with our community standards:

• No nudity, explicit sexual content, or adult material
• No graphic violence or content that glorifies harm
• No hate speech targeting race, ethnicity, religion, gender, or sexual orientation
• No content promoting illegal activities
• No unauthorized copyrighted material (music, images, video)

Moderation

We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these standards without notice. You can also report content using the in-app report feature.

Stories

Stories are automatically deleted from our servers after 24 hours.

6 Business Profiles

Trueszy allows users to create business profiles to promote local businesses to nearby customers.

• Business profiles must represent a real, legitimate business.
• Business information (name, address, hours, category) must be accurate.
• You must own or have authorized permission to represent the business.
• Businesses may set a service radius to target local customers. This radius must reflect the actual area the business serves.
• False, misleading, or fraudulent business profiles will be removed and the account may be banned.
• Trueszy is not responsible for verifying the legitimacy of businesses listed on the platform. Users interact with businesses at their own discretion.

7 Intellectual Property

The Trueszy app, website, logo, name, design, features, and all related technology are owned by Trueszy and protected by intellectual property laws.

• You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on our platform without written permission.
• The "Trueszy" name and logo are trademarks of Trueszy. Unauthorized use is prohibited.
• If you believe your copyright has been infringed on Trueszy, please contact legal@trueszy.com.

8 Privacy

Your use of Trueszy is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

By using Trueszy, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in the Privacy Policy.

9 Payments & Subscriptions

When paid features are introduced:

• All pricing will be clearly displayed before purchase.
• Subscriptions will auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.
• Refunds will be handled per the App Store (Apple) or Google Play refund policies.
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice to active subscribers.

Currently, Trueszy is free to download and use. No payment information is collected at this time.

10 Disclaimers

Trueszy is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to:

• Warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement
• Guarantees of uninterrupted, error-free, or secure operation
• Accuracy or reliability of any content posted by users or businesses

We do not endorse, verify, or guarantee any business listed on Trueszy. You interact with local businesses at your own risk and discretion.

We are not responsible for any content posted by users. Community-generated content does not reflect the views or opinions of Trueszy.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Trueszy shall not be liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• Loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunities
• Damages arising from unauthorized access to your account
• Any content posted by other users
• Service interruptions, bugs, or technical failures

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from use of Trueszy shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim (or $10 if you have not paid anything).

12 Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Trueszy and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

• Your use of Trueszy in violation of these Terms
• Content you post on the platform
• Your violation of any law or third-party rights
• Your business profile or business interactions with users

13 Account Termination

By You

You may terminate your account at any time via Settings → Delete Account. Your data will be permanently deleted within 30 days.

By Trueszy

We may suspend or terminate your account immediately without notice if you:

• Violate these Terms or our community standards
• Engage in fraudulent, abusive, or harmful behavior
• Create fake accounts or impersonate others
• Cause legal exposure to Trueszy or other users

We may also terminate the Service entirely with reasonable notice to users.

14 Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. When we make significant changes, we will:

• Update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page
• Send a push notification or in-app alert to all users
• For material changes affecting your rights, ask for re-acceptance before the change takes effect

Continued use of Trueszy after changes are effective means you accept the updated Terms.

15 Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of Trueszy shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in a competent court of jurisdiction, as determined by applicable law in your region.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
