Refund Policy

Trueszy is currently free to download and use. Paid features (subscriptions, promoted listings, marketplace) are planned for future releases. This policy governs how refunds will work once paid features launch.
1 Scope of This Policy
This Refund Policy applies to all paid transactions made through Trueszy, including but not limited to subscriptions, in-app purchases, advertising credits, and marketplace purchases.
This policy does not apply to transactions made directly with businesses listed on Trueszy. For business-to-user transactions, please contact the business directly.
2 Subscription Refunds
Trueszy Premium Subscriptions
When premium subscriptions become available:
- You may request a full refund within 7 days of your initial subscription purchase if you have not used any premium features.
- Refunds will not be issued for partial subscription periods.
- If you cancel your subscription, you retain access to premium features until the end of your current billing period.
- No refunds are issued for accidental renewals — we recommend cancelling at least 24 hours before the renewal date.
Note: If you believe you were charged in error or experienced a technical issue, contact us within 7 days and we'll review your case.
3 In-App Purchases
In-app purchases (such as virtual credits or premium features) are generally non-refundable once consumed or activated. Exceptions:
- Purchase made by a minor without parental consent — contact us with documentation
- Technical failure that prevented delivery of the purchased item
- Duplicate charge due to a payment error
4 Business Advertising Credits
Advertising credits purchased by businesses for promoted listings:
- Unused credits may be refunded within 14 days of purchase.
- Credits that have been partially used are not eligible for full refunds. A pro-rated refund for unused credits may be issued at our discretion.
- Credits used for campaigns that have started are non-refundable.
5 Marketplace Transactions
Trueszy Marketplace (when available) will connect buyers and sellers. Marketplace refund policies:
- Digital goods: refunds at our discretion, generally only for non-delivery or significant defects
- Physical goods: subject to the individual seller's return policy
- Trueszy acts as a platform intermediary and is not responsible for goods or services sold by third-party sellers
6 App Store & Google Play Purchases
Purchases made through Apple App Store or Google Play are subject to their respective refund policies. Trueszy has limited ability to process refunds for these transactions:
7 Cancellation Policy
- You may cancel any subscription at any time through your device's subscription management settings.
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
- Deleting the app does not cancel your subscription — you must cancel through the App Store or Google Play settings.

We may update this Refund Policy as new paid features are introduced. Changes will be communicated via in-app notification and the updated date at the top of this page.
Continued use of paid features after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Refund Policy.
